SeeClaw Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SeeClaw platform, applications, and related services ("Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who We Are
SeeClaw is operated by OpenClaw (Pty) Ltd, a company incorporated in the Republic of South Africa. For legal notices, contact: legal@seeclaw.ai.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
- You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials.
- You must provide accurate registration and billing information.
3. Customer Data and Instructions
- You retain ownership of your data.
- You authorize SeeClaw to process data only to provide the Services and your requested actions.
- You are responsible for ensuring you have all required rights and consents for data you submit.
4. Google Integrations
- Google account access is optional and only enabled when you explicitly connect your account.
- Google data is processed only for user-requested features (for example, reading/sending Gmail and managing calendar events).
- SeeClaw's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- You can disconnect Google access at any time in-app and via your Google account permissions.
5. Acceptable Use
- You must not use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or security-violating activities.
- You must not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse infrastructure or other users' accounts.
- You remain responsible for your instructions and actions performed via connected integrations.
6. Fees and Billing
Paid plans are billed according to your selected package and billing cycle. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable. Taxes may apply according to law.
7. Service Availability and Changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify features to improve security, compliance, or functionality.
8. Intellectual Property
SeeClaw and associated software, branding, and materials are owned by OpenClaw (Pty) Ltd and its licensors. These Terms grant a limited, non-exclusive right to use the Services.
9. Warranty Disclaimer and Liability Limits
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent allowed by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SeeClaw disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OpenClaw (Pty) Ltd from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services, your data, or violation of these Terms or applicable law.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach, security risk, non-payment, or legal requirements.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. South African courts will have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will post an updated effective date and, where required, provide additional notice.
